Design & Temporary works

Our in-house design team develop bespoke design solutions for permanent and temporary works. We pride ourselves on our ability to work efficiently and flexibly to support a project’s needs and meet demanding construction schedules. We have a team of skilled designers to analyse the geotechnical and structural elements of the engineering solutions we provide, using state of the art software and digital tools.  We pride ourselves on how we collaborate with our contracting partners’ design and professional teams to provide cost effective and practical designs for our projects, from the earliest stages of the procurement process to when on site.

Our team has particular expertise in structural analysis, bearing pile and retaining wall design, reinforced concrete design and detailing and temporary works including propping and plunge columns. The practical knowledge of our construction teams, and their specialist knowledge of our equipment and plant, informs our designs so that temporary requirements are integrated with permanent works to build in safety and quality.
