A partnership between St George and Morrisons, Camden Goods Yard saw the existing site redeveloped into a hybrid development, encompassing a new Morrisons supermarket, residential and retail units, affordable workspace for SMEs, and community facilities such as a rooftop farm.
Our piling works involved the design and construction of preliminary pile load tests to verify design parameters, a dividing contiguous piled wall, and bearing piles to several high-rise residential structures along with the Morrisons supermarket. All were within a partially excavated basement constructed by another contractor during Phase 1.
